App Control Customers Only

Remote support is provided to assess and isolate system faults and is not a replacement for alarm servicing. All service calls are chargeable under this agreement. Per contract term, you are entitled to a max of 2 remote sessions of 30 minutes max. Any unused sessions or minutes do not carry forward into subsequent years.

You are entitled to support by phone Mon to Friday 9-5Pm excluding bank and public holidays.

As a monitoring customer, you are permitted a maximum of 2, 1 hour routine service calls and 2 remote support sessions per annum. This is included in your annual charges.

You’re also entitled to 24/7/365 support by phone

Your annual fee covers the following

  1. World sim charges

  2. Garda reponse - manned phone support from our monitoring centre

  3. Two hours of engineering time in your home.

  4. Two remote support sessions of up to 30 minutes

  5. Engineer phone support available through the app

Call Out Charges

    • Routine Service with main battery change- €175.00

    This covers 1 hour on site. You will be notified of any remedial works that will require a second visit.

    All parts are charged as per our website price list

    • Call out for faults/ repairs - €155.00 (first hour)

    • A charge of €25.00 will accrue every 15 minutes thereafter
