Position One - IP CCTV & Intrusion Systems Engineer
We are looking for a person to join our very experienced, close knit, friendly engineering team. The ideal candidate will have two years post training experience of installing IPCCTV systems. The role involves the installation of Avigilon and Axis enterprise grade CCTV solutions. Training on all our systems and products will be given but experience installing Avigilon will be a distinct advantage. Installation and servicing of UTC & HKC intruder alarm systems.
Installation of IPCCTV systems for the residential and commercial markets.
Ability to fault find on your own initiative.
Servicing, support and repair of IPCCTV solutions installed by the company.
Work in a clean and structured way with the top emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Service/install & ,maintain Intrusion detection systems.
The successful applicant will have:
Knowledge of industry and related quality standards.
Good networking knowledge.
Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.
Full clean driving licence.
The ability to commission and demonstrate systems once completed.
Experience with UTC & HKC Securewatch panels
Experience of Avigilon and Axis CCTV systems a distinct advantage.
Good listening and learning skills.
The successful candidate will also need to be self-motivated, with the ability to meet the challenge of tight deadlines; be able to deliver a high level of customer service; and have the ability to work as part of a team while also working on their own initiative.
